Benson Carroll Adams was a Technical Sergeant in the United States Army, assignet to the 121st Infantry Regiment, 8th Infantry Division "Pathfinder".


Benson was KIA during the Breakout of the German Defense at the Lessay/Périers road, on July 27, 1944, and he is honored with the Bronze Star Medal, Purple Heart, Good Conduct Medal, American Campaign Medal, Navy & Marine Presidential Unit Citation, European, African, Middle Eastern Campaign Medal, WW II Victory Medal.
