She the 6th of 7 children born to Thomas Erastus Baker and Martha Ellen Brasher Baker. She married John Harvey "Shack" Latham on April 24, 1909 in Turnersville, Coryell Co., Texas. The groom's Uncle, Rev. T. M. Latham performed the wedding. Shack & Minnie had 6 children-2 girls & 4 boys. All of their children were born in Turnersville, Coryell Co., Texas. Minnie was my great grandmother. I remember that she loved to dip snuff. The photo of her sitting in the chair was taken in Breckenridge at the home of her daughter Ozell. Grandma Minnie was a very hard working person & had earned the respect of all of her grandchildren & great grandchildren.
