Carrie Ellen Blose, 2, of Punxsutawney R.D. 5, died Friday at her home.
She was born February 27 [corrected], 1979 in DuBois, the daughter of Edgar K. and Carol (Young) Blose.
Surviving relatives include her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar K. Blose; a brother, Joshua, at home; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. James Young of Mayport R.D. 2; paternal grandmother, Mrs. Scott (Ellen) Blose of Punxsutawney R.D. 5; and the paternal great-grandfather, John Todd of Punxsutawney R.D. 5.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Noah J. Blose.
Private funeral services will be held at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in the Deeley Funeral Home in Punxsutawney. The Rev. Michael Holt will officiate. Interment will be in the North Freedom Cemetery.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
