Services for Mr. Adams will be 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 21, at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Wilson officiating. Interment will be in Jennings Cemetery. Visitation will be 9 a.m. until service time Monday at the funeral home.
Mr. Adams, 78, of Mt. Juliet died Friday, Jan. 18, 2008 at St. Thomas Hospital. He was preceded in death by daughter, Brenda Jo Adams; parents Thomas and Loni Frances Adams; two sisters and two brothers.
Survivors include: children Dennis (Carlene) Adams of Hermitage, Glenda (Brodie) Anderson of Old Hickory, Gayle Wright of Statesville and Louann (Dickey) Sanders of Smithville; 16 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and sister, Lorena Watson of Tower Hill, Ill.
Grandsons and friends will serve as pallbearers.
