CAROL JANE ZIMMERMANN

Carol Jane Zimmerman, 51, of 908 Cleveland St., Kiel, died unexpectedly Tuesday, July 15, 1997 at her home.
She is the former Carol Jane Rusch born Feb. 27, 1946 in the Valders area, daughter of the late Elmer and Verna Haese Rusch. Carol Jane was a 1964 graduate of Kiel High School. In 1964, she married Harry Sturtz Jr. On May 5, 1979 she married Dale Zimmermann at St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Kiel. She was a member of St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Kiel and the Women's Guild.
Survivors include her husband, Dale, one son, Larry Sturtz, Ventura, Calif., one daughter, Lisa (John) Schwarz, St. Anna, one step-son, Dale (Julie) Zimmermann, Jr., New Holstein and one step-daughter, Debra Kuehithau, Nashville, Tenn. She is further survived by two grandchildren, one brother, Eugene (Betty) Rusch and one sister, Jeanette (Wyman) Boettcher. She was preceded in death by one infant brother and step-father, Norris Thronson.
Funeral services will be held at St. Peter's UCC, Kiel with the Rev. Raymond Coombs officiating. Burial will be in Kiel Cemetery.
