Services Conducted
For J. T. Andrews,
In Langdale

Servicdes were conducted Sunday from the Langdale Baptist church for J. T. Andrews, 72, who died at the family residence, Friday. The Rev. L. E. Kelley officiated. Burial was in Shawmut cemetry, conducted by Johnson and Company.

Born in Troup county, Georgia. Mr. Andrews had lived for the past 25 years in Langdale. He had been a member of the Baptist church since early childhood. In ill health for several years, he suffered a stroke August 19, from which he never recovered.

He is survived by his wife, and five daughters, Mrs. W. O. Baxley, and Mrs. N. D. Phillips, of Hogansville; Mrs. Carey Corley, of Cusseta, Ala.; Mrs. Roselle Goggans, of Riverview; Mrs. Maybelle Mobley, of Langdale; two sons, Thomas, of Langdale, and Willie Lee, of Lanett; one sister, Mrs. Effie Hinkle, of Alabama City, and one brother, Willliam E. Andrews of Atlanta; also several grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Jeff Wadkins, Cylde Hall, Joe Smith, Sr., Morgan Vinson, M. O. Sparks, and Dan Williams.
