James T. Robbins, 78 died Thursday, Aug 27, 1998.
Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug 31 at Calvary Cemetery. Jay Chapel in charge of arrangements.
He was a native of Oklahoma city Oklahoma and a Madera resident for 42 years.
He was a welder and mechanic for Melville E. Willson, Thompson and Gill for many years.
He is survived by 11 children, 2 sisters Mary F. Tabudlo of Madera, CA and Ruth Hicks of Piedmont OK. two brothers Albert and George Robbins both of Piedmont, OK.
Mr Robbins was preceded in death by his wife and life-long partner Ethel Mae Paulson. His parents Rebecca Nix and John Lindsay Robbins, two sisters Neoma Riley and Betty Soria, Two brothers Herbert Robbins and Frank Robbins formerly of Dos Palos CA. Mr Robbins leaves 37 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
