Obituary - Newspaper article, September 1967 Services Held Here For Mrs. Myrtle Jones
Mrs. Myrtle L. Jones died last Friday morning at Ellis Fischel Hospital in Columbia after an illness of several months. She was 57 years of age.
Funeral services were conducted Sunday afternoon at the Canada Chapel, with the Rev. Joe Miller officiating. Burial was in the Pennsboro Cemetery.
In addition to her husband, Paul, she is survived by three sons, Jack Altman of House Springs, Norman Leroy Altman, Jr. of Lakeland , Fla., and James Leo Altman of Highland City, Fla.; two daughters, Mrs. Betty Jean Hardwich of Tampa, Fla., and Mrs. Myrtle Louise McKay of Lakeland, Fla.; and by a half-sister, Mrs. Ida Crabtree of Selmer, Tenn., and two grandchildren.
