Harry I. Robinson, 87, of Douglass, Kansas, passed away Friday, July 7, 1989, at HCA/Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.
Born May 23, 1902, in Indian Territory, Okla., he was the son of John and Pearl Locke Robinson.
The family moved to the Wichita area when he was very young where he started his education. The family then moved to Baca County, Colo., where he finished his education. June 14, 1928, he was united in marriage to Edna Meyer in Wichita where the couple made their home. In 1938, the couple moved to Douglass, where he owned and operated Robinson's Grocery Store until his retirement in 1968.
He was a member of the Douglass United Methodist Church.
