Katrina Venoblack/Hermine Catherine Knobloch, of Prussia was married to Jacob Knobloch also of Germany. The Knobloch's daughter Elizabeth was the wife of Dr. Jacob Beck of Lancaster. Mr. and Mrs. Beck were early settlers there and in 1878 were among the founders of the Lancaster Presbyterian church.
Mrs. Knobloch's granddaughter Elizabeth, daughter of Jacob and Elizabeth Beck married John Horn Kirkpatrick, the son of Joseph Kirkpatrick who is also buried at Monrovia. Mrs. Knobloch's other granddaughter, Katherine Beck was the wife of John Ostertag of Atchison. The Ostertags were land holders at Monrovia as well.
