Ogden Standard- Examiner Feb 4, 1925

Barnard E. Farr, aged 46, of Taylor, died at 11 o'clock today after an illness of three weeks of stomach trouble. He was employe of the Amalgamate Sugar Company and worked at the factory in Wilson. Mr. Farr was born in Ogden on October 6, 1878, the so of Winslow and Emily Jane Covington Farr. He was an active member of the L.D.S. church, being prominent in Mutual and Sunday school work in the West Weber and Taylor wards. He is survived by his widow, formerly Susan Alvord, and the following sons and daughters: Mrs. Aaron Harris, Lago, Idaho Miss LaVon R. Farr, Barnard F. Farr, Kenneth Farr and Neida Farr. Surviving brothers and sisters are Lafayette P. Farr, Mrs. L. F. Halverson, Lorin Farr and Aaron Farr. Larkin & Sons have charge of the funeral arrangements which will be announced later.
