Ann E. Jensik, 78, of Sun City, AZ, was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2004. She was born Aug. 17, 1925 in Chadwick, IL to Olive and Charles Dial. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Irv, and sister Dorothy. She is survived by her two children Connie Scott (& husband Tom) and Jim Jensik; two grandchildren Troy Scott and Kimberly Gilbert; four great-grandsons; a loving sister-in-law and many loving nieces. A Memorial Service is planned at Epworth United Church, 4802 N. 59th Ave., Phoenix, AZ on Wed., Feb. 11 at 10am. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the United Methodist Outreach Ministries, 3334 E. Van Buren, Phoenix, AZ 85008. Menke Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
