Cambridge--High R. Addy, 82, of 1157 Steubenville Road died at 1:25 a.m. Sunday in Guernsey Memorial Hospital here after a long illness.
Mr. Addy was born Oct. 12, 1893 in Guernsey County and was a retired employee of the Great Lakes Steel Corporation.
He was a member of the Ninth Street United Methodist Church here and was a 50-year member of the Wilmett, Mich., chapter of the Masonic Lodge.
Surviving are h is widow, Mary LePage Smith Addy, a son, Thomas of Senton, Mich.; three daughters, Mrs. John Fitzpatrick of Lapear, Mich., Mrs. Jack (Elanor) McCollum of Dunedin, Fla., and Mrs. Rowland (Maxine) Reeves of Ithaca, Mich.; a step-son, Richard Smith of Saginaw, Mich.; 10 grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren.
Service will be held at 10 a.m. today at Scott Funeral Home with burial in West Lafayette Cemetery.
