Mrs. Alice Taylor, 88, Moses Rd., Hixson, Tenn., died Tuesday morning in a local hospital. She was the widow of Zachariah Taylor. Surviving are a son, John R. Taylor of Chattanooga; a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Nichols of Hixson; nine grandchildren and twenty one great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday in the west chapel of the Chattanooga Funeral Home with Rev. Charles Garner officiating. Interment will be in Chattanooga Memorial Park. The body is at the Chattanooga Funeral Home, west chapel.
