Elmer J. Luett, 86, of 2422 Elizabeth Avenue died at home Sunday of a heart ailment. Services for Mr. Luett will be 2 p.m., Wednesday at Grandview Funeral Home, with burial in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.

Born in Davenport, he lived in Des Moines 70 years. He was a retired employee of Ford Implement Co. and the owner and operator of Elmer's Record Shop. He was also a member of Rising Sun Church of Christ and Eastgate Masonic Lodge No. 630.

Survivors include his wife, Carrie; a daughter, Jane Young of Des Moines, three grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
