Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral services Saturday at 2 p.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, Loganville. Interment in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Viewing Friday evening from 7 to 9 at the Geiple Funeral Home, Glen Rock, and on Saturday at the Christ Church from 1 p.m. until time of service.

Arthur M. Krout
LOGANVILLE – Arthur M. Krout, 75, retired merchant, husband of Mrs. Bertha Hoff Krout, 36 S. Main St., died Thursday at 2:15 p.m. at Rest Haven-York Convalescent Home.
Mr. Krout, who operated a grocery store in Loganville for many years, at one time was employed by P. A. and S. Small Co., York. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church and Loganville Fire Co.
Mr. Krout was born in Spring Garden Township, the son of the late Daniel M. and Claudia Bentz Krout. He belonged to American Association of Retired Persons.
Surviving also are a daughter, Mrs. Llewellyn Thompson, Loganville; two grandchildren; two brothers, Edwin Krout, Seven Valleys RD 2, and Earl R. Krout, York RD 10, and four sisters, Mrs. Carrie Grim, a resident of York Lutheran Home; Mrs. Mabel Smith, Windsor; Mrs. Laura Smith, York RD 2, and Mrs. Florence Doll, Glen Rock RD 1.
The Rev. Irvin E. Straw Jr., pastor, will officiate at funeral services at Christ Lutheran Church Saturday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
The family suggests contributions to the memorial fund of Christ Lutheran Church.
