Rainstown - Miss Margaret Leach died at her home northeast of here on the 19th, aged 71 years. The funeral services were held at the Christian church at Lizton, Sunday morning, conducted by Rev. Sumner with interment in the K. of P. cemetery. She leaves one brother, James Leach, and three sisters, Mrs. Jane Burnett, who lived with her, Mrs. Lucinda Runnels and Mrs. Franklin Keeney. Aunt Margaret will be greatly missed as she had a pleasant smile and a kind word for everyone.

Lebanon , Ind., Dec. 20 - Fumes from a baseburner caused the death last night of Margaret Leach, 62 years old, at her home near the Hendricks County line. Her sister, Mrs. John Barnett of Kansas, who was visiting her, succeeded in reaching a telephone and summoning a neighbor before falling unconscious. Prompt medical attention saved Mrs. Barnett's life.
