In Memory of SARAH, wife of Henry Acland - Honorary Student of this House, daughter of William and Sarah Cotton of Leytonstone in Essex. Born July 21, 1815 : Married July 14, 1846 : Departed Oct 25, 1878. What was Mortal of her rests in the Cemetery of Holywell - the memory of her faithful and Holy Life has been perpetuated by the piety of the friends, who, united with her devoted Husband and children in loving recollection of her Founded the Sarah Acland Home for Nurses in this City. "Set your affection on things above, not on things of the Earth : for ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God."
