Burial Rites Monday For Mrs. Elizabeth Burch
Mrs. Elizabeth Burch passed away early Friday morning, January 25, 1952. Rev. Milford Bowen officiated at services held Monday at 2 o'clock at the Methodist church. Interment was in Hill Cemetery, Lawrence. Bearers were Douglas Probyn, Fred Garrod, Robert Garrod, Donald Carpp, Leslie Webster and C. Wassman.
Mrs. Burch was born in Englad and came to the United States when four years of age. She had lived in Evanston; later lived in Lawrence forty years. She was 89 years old.
Surviving are two daughters, Lillina Modlish of Pueblo, Colo., Maud of Lawrence, and a son, Frank of Chicago.
