OBITUARY - "Funeral on Tuesday for Andrew Etchen" Andrew Etchen, 72, a well-known resident of Tiffin, died Sunday morning at seven o'clock in the hospital of the Seneca County Home following an illness of several months. Mr. Etchen, who was born in Putnam County (this is incorrect he was born in Seneca County, see 1860 census), a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Etchen, spent the greater part of his life in Tiffin and went to the home hospital in November. Mr. Etchen never married. He is survived by the following brothers and sisters, Sister M. Margaret of the Ursuline convent, Tiffin, Mrs. Calvin Hoffman, Mrs. Louis Baum, and George Etchen all of Tiffin; Mrs. George Banks and Mrs. Matt Sheely of Toledo and John Etchen of New Bavaria, Ohio. the body has been removed to the Ray C. Myers Funeral Home where friends may call at any time. Funeral Services will be held in St. Joseph's church. The body will be placed in The mausoleum at St. Joseph's Cemetery.
