Darlene was born September 13, 1940 in Wabash, to Robert W. and Helen E. (Gephart) Williamson.

Darlene attended Linlawn Elementary School in Wabash and was a 1958 graduate of Wabash High School. She worked 30 years at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne and 10 years at the Wabash Wal-Mart. She attended the First Church of the Nazarene in Noblesville. She loved playing Bingo and was a Thomas Clark Gnome Collector and a Betty Boop Collector. She lived at 1060 Indian Hills Drive in Wabash until June 2010 when she moved to Noblesville.

She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Cunningham, Nitro, West Virginia; sister, Debbie L. (Steve) Bannon, Noblesville; grandson, James L. (Wanda) Holley, Dunbar, West Virginia; great grandchildren, Clayton & Athena Holley, both of Dunbar; and nephew, Mac Bannon, Noblesville.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
