He was born to Duane and Jean (Wright) Neahring on February 1, 1976 in Enid. Randy loved being outdoors and camping at Canton. He was a man with a heart of gold who always had a smile on his face and a sparkle in his eyes. Randy was a great friend to many, always there when you needed someone. He was loved by many and will be missed by us all, but will never be forgotten.
Surviving are cousins, Donnie, Gregg, Darrell, and Jerry Neahring, Cheryl Martin, Wayne and Tony Wright, , Holly Taylor, Reid, Neil, and Kim Overstreet, Paula Driscoll, and Rise Reinhardt; aunt Eloise Neahring; nephews Chris and Chad Sutherlin; nieces Serena Blunk and Annie Sutherlin; the Querry Family, Shane and Nicole Andersen and many other close friends.
