Linda Kay Obringer, 51, of Caryville, passed away April 14 in Williamsburg, KY. She was a very loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed helping raise her grandchildren. She loved playing bingo and compiling family trees.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin and Ruth (Mohrman) Obringer; brother, Roger Obringer.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Holly Obringer of TN; son, Zack Wertz and fiancée, Tabitha Russell of LaFollette; daughter, Zylie Wertz and fiancé, Josephat Hernandez Lopez (Joe) of Caryville; grandchildren: Nikki, Alexis (Boo Boo), and Victoria (Buggy) Lopez, Tyler Russell; brothers and wives: Dale and Starr Obringer of Spencerville, OH, Steven and Judy Obringer of Delphos, OH, Neal and Manetta Obringer of New Hampshire, OH; sisters and husbands: Carol and Gary Moon of New Bremen, OH, Deb and Jim Wells and Diane and Melvin Morris, all of Wapakoneta, OH, Shirley and Geoff Hall of Lima, OH, Lois and Dennis Osting of Delphos, OH, Anita and Shane Sutherland of Spencerville, OH, Nancy and Tracy Sterling of Van Wert, OH, Marcia Bartelheim of Spencerville, OH.
A memorial service was held April 18 in the Martin Wilson Chapel with the Rev. Hobert McCreary officiating. Martin Wilson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
