The funeral of Alfred H. Ballard, 76, retired Pacific Electric Railway electrical engineer, who died last Friday at his home, 1259 S. Carmona Ave., will be held tomorrow at 2 pm at the West Hollywood Presbyterian Church. The rites, under direction of the Will A. Reynolds Mortuary, will be followed by Interment in Inglewood Park Cemetery. Mr. Ballard was one of the organizers 25 years ago of the West Hollywood Presbyterian Church and had been a ruling elder since that time. He had been retired for the last 10 years. he leaves his widow, Mrs. Emma F. Ballard
