After a tough fight against cancer, Jeff went to join other family members in heaven on Thursday, June 28, 2007. Those who knew Jeff will remember his smile, his unbelievable sense of humor, his love for animals, and his gentle soul. He chose to live life focusing on the positive, one day at a time. Jeff's many hobbies included riding his motorcycle, camping with his family, and collecting stuff.
Jeff leaves a huge hole in the hearts of his family, wife Dawn (Zimmer); son Lucas; parents Jim and Cricket; sisters Jean and Janet, and baby brother Jason; sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and of course his dogs, cats and many friends he made along the way.
The Funeral Service will be conducted by the Rev. Andy Croel, Pastor of Dimondale United Methodist Church at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 1, 2007 at the Tiffany Funeral Home, 3232 W. Saginaw Hwy. Lansing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-8 p.m. Friday and 3-5 and 6-8 p.m. Saturday.
In Lieu of Flowers, memorial contributions may be made in care of Lucas Aldrich for his Educational Fund. Jeffrey's family finds comfort knowing that he's in heaven looking for the free stuff!!
