Edna Coles Boyle, 83, of Kilmarnock, Virginia, died October 22, 2002. She was born to Lucius Harding Coles and Ina Conway Coles in Ditchley, Virginia on January 24, 1919. Her first husband, Leon Bonner Jr. and her second husband, Allan John Boyle, predecease her. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Bonner Brent of Kilmarnock; son-in-law, Lester H. Brent Jr.; two granddaughters, Katherine J. Onder and her husband, Jeffrey of Midlothian, Lesley B. Gilmore and husband, Thomas of Herndon; four great-grandchildren, Taylor Onder, Caroline Onder, Alex Gilmore and Carey Gilmore; stepdaughters, Carole Ruble of Roanoke, Virginia and Sharon Pehl of Texas and their children and grandchildren. Other survivors include her nephew, Kenneth Bradshaw Price and his wife, Suzanne of Summerville, South Carolina; and her sister-in-law, Carolyn Bonner Andrews of Midlothian. Mrs. Boyle was a resident of Richmond, Virginia, from 1940 until 1955. The family will receive visitors at the Currie Funeral Home on Friday, October 25, 2002 at 2 to 3 p.m. and one hour prior to service on Saturday. Funeral services will be held at Currie Funeral Home at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 26, 2002 with burial at Grace Episcopal Church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in her memory to the Medical/Surgical Unit of Rappahannock General Hospital, Kilmarnock, Virginia or to your favorite charity.
