Jimmie Ruth Schauer of Parker died March 31 at Hospice Johnson Center after a long illness with cancer.
Burial service is scheduled at Parker Cemetery, after which a memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Wed., April 5 at Parker Evangelical Presbyterian Church, 9100 E. Parker Rd., Parker (2.5 miles east of Parker Rd on Mainstreet).
Jimmie is survived by her husband, Judge Schauer, her son, Stephen and daughter-in-law Cheri, daughter, Susan, 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandsons, and one sister, Mary of Co. Springs. In addition to her parents, one sister and 3 brothers (served in WWII) predeceased her.
It is suggested that memorial contributions be addressed to Grace Lutheran Church at PO Box 1570, Parker, CO 80134 or SkyCliff Stroke and Day Care Center, PO Box 1534, 4600 Highway 86, Castle Rock, CO 80104 or a charity of choice.
