Byron E. Pierce, seventy-seven, died in the home of his nephew, Ora L. Pierce, R. D., 4 North East, Tuesday after an illness. He was born in Grant County WI, but had resided in Greenfield Township since he was five years of age. The last of five children, the deceased is survived by several nephews and nieces. Friends are invited to call at the Marks Funeral Home, North East, until Friday noon. Services will be conducted in the Greenfield Baptist Church at 2 p.m. Friday at which time the Rev. L. E.
