FRANK RAYNOLDS.
Frank Raynolds, age thirty-eight, died at his house, No. 174 West Thirty-sixth-st., yesterday of a pulmonary disease.

The funeral will be held at St. Ann's Church to-morrow at 1 p. m., and the burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery. Mr. Raynolds was born in New-York and educated at the public schools here. He began business when young, and at the time of his death was senior partner and manager of the well-known house of Frank Raynolds, tailors' trimmings, No. 31 West, Thirty-third-st., in which he was associate with M. Origet, of Paris.

Mr. Raynolds was for several years employed by J. W. Goddard & Son. He has been in delicate health for some time, but was able to attend to business regularly. He leave a widow and one child, a boy four years of age.

His near relatives are his mother, Mrs. Sophronia P. Raynolds, and his brother-in-law, General H. A. Barnum.
