Mary Ann Coffman, 72, of Odessa passed away Monday, August 30, 2010, at the Hospice House.

She was born January 4, 1938, in Sweetwater, TX to Foster and Polly (Sorenson) Miller. She was a tax collector for Ector County Independent School District for many years. She volunteered at Burnett Elementary School second grade reading class.

She is survived by her son, Todd Coffman and wife Sheryl; daughter, Holly Coffman, all of Odessa; sister, Patty Fielder of Dallas; two grandchildren, Tanner and Mark Coffman; niece, Lisa Morrison; and nephew, Kelly Fielder both of Dallas.

A Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, September 3, 2010, at the First Christian Church with Rev. Steve Digby officiating. There will be a visitation from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Friday at the Church.

The family would like to thank the Hospice House and staff for all their kindness during this difficult time.
