Eldest child of William Forrest Britton and Nora Paulson Britton. He was serving in the U.S. Army at the time of his death. His death was sudden, and came as shock to all that knew and loved him. He was not married. In addition to his parents, he leaves behind brothers Verlan, Clifford and Wilton, and a sister, Barbara. Burial at LaRue Cemetery, December 27, 1941. Arrangements are through Boyd Funeral Home.
