DALE GRIFFIN
Dale Griffin, 65, of 164 South 10th St., Gold Hill, died Tuesday (May 25, 1976) in Crater General Hospital at Central Point.
Born Oct. 11, 1910, in Grants Pass, he was graduated from Grants Pass High School in 1928. In 1946 he moved to Medford, where he was employed by the State Forestry Department. Later he was transferred to several different forestry posts in northern Oregon. He started his own cabinet shop in Springfield in 1965, and moved to Gold Hill upon retirement about three years ago.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Lundberg's L. B. Hall Chapel with the Rev. William Ratz of Bethany Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Survivors include the widow, Lena M., Gold Hill; a son, Keith, Dallas; daughter, Eloise Williams, Springfield; a brother, Merle, Milwaukie; three sisters, Audrey Conrad, Eugene; Gladys Hagar, Bremerton, Wash.; and Alma Fairfield, Forest Grove; five grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
