Services for Peggy A. Crist will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 2, 2010 in the Chapel of Hixson Brothers, Alexandria with Dillard Fontenot officiating. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Danny Jackson, Rusty Jackson, Jerry Walker, Duane Moreau, Alan Fillippi and James Vercher.
Peggy, 63, of Alexandria passed away Sunday, June 27, 2010 at her residence.
She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Alexandria and attended Church of Christ, Lecompte. Mrs. Crist had a green thumb and a great passion for flowers and care of her children.
She was preceded in death by her father, Sterling W. Reed.
Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Gordon K. Crist, Jr.; son, Gordon Keith Crist, III; daughters, Tracy Ann Walsh and husband, Todd, Tammy Ann Oblein and husband, Mike; mother, Mary E. Reed; brother, Larry Eugene Reed; grandchildren, Collin Walsh, Ian Walsh and Ricky Lee Taylor, Jr.; her babygirl, her dog, Sassy.
