Celina- Funeral services for Dalpho Jackson Carmack,65,of Celina were held today November 19,at 1 p.m in the chapel of Anderson Funeral Home with burial in the Doc Hall Cemetery in Clay County.
Mr. Carmack was dead on arrival Saturday ( November 17,1990)at the Jackson County Hospital.
A native of Jackson County, he was born September 25,1925 and was the son of the late Andrew J. and Dona Goolsby Carmack.
He was a member of the Holiness Church, an ordained minister and a geologist representative.
His family included his wife, Lizzie D. Goolsby Carmack, two sones Thurl Carmack of Gainesboro ,Jerry Carmack of Cookeville;one daughter, Carol Faye Collins of Allons;one brother. Eugene Carnack of Gainesboro and five grandchildren.
James Paul Anderson officiated at the service.
