Howard Cacy, 43, died at the McAlester Regional Hospital. Graveside services will be at the Buffalo Cemetery, east of Atoka under the direction of Bishop Funeral Service. Rev. Jake Winningham will officiate.
Pallbearers will be William Cacy, Thurman Trammell, Billy Trammell, Donny Cacy, David Sexton, and Carl Sexton.
He was born August 14, 1949 to Junior Howard and Beatrice Sexton Cacy. He was a resident of McAlester and Savanna the majority of his life and also worked in Oklahoma City. He graduated from Savanna High School in 1967 and worked as a packager for a milk products company.
Survivors include his father, Junior Howard Cacy of Antlers; grandmother, Bertha Cacy of McAlester; grandfather, David Sexton of Coalgate; three brothers and sister-in-law, Carl Sexton of Abbeville, LA, Donny Cacy of Los Angeles, CA, and William & Patricia Cacy of McAlester; four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Bernice and Bill Trammell of McAlester, Vickie McGill of Kiowa, Gladys and Clifford Garner of McAlester; three great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Beatrice Cacy; wife, Virginia Cacy and a son, Joseph Cacy.
