She was the matriarch and heart of her family. Willie Roller was born December 2, 1927 in Maumelle, AR -- the middle child of a large farming family.
She always said she "married a family". In 1950, along with her husband, came two small girls under the age of 4.
She was fiercely devoted to them and they to her. The same loving loyalty extended to her grandsons and great grandsons.
Her career was in banking.
Her passion, for many years, was researching and documenting family history.
She is survived by her husband, M. H. Bud Seamon, her daughters, Nancy Osborn, Leslie Seamon and husband, William Morrison, her grandsons, John Williams and wife Melissa, Jerry Williams and wife Melissa, great grandsons, Justin, Zachery and Joshua Williams.
She is also survived by her sister, Iva Bland, and her brother, Earnest Roller.
Visitation will be held Monday, July 30, 2007 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Forest Park Westheimer.
