Jane, age 71, died at VNA Hospice House in Vero Beach after a prolonged illness.

Survivors include her husband, James Abel, her children, Tom Abel, Jim Abel, Debbie Walker, and Diane King, her siblings, Joe Kedrowski, Hank Kedrowski, Dorothy Peterson, and Mary Schlagheck, six grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held at the funeral home chapel.
