Gerald Edward "Jerry" Brooks Sr., 38 of 3237-A Sandhill Drive, Fayetteville, died Friday September 21. Jerry worked for Reed-Lallier Chevrolet. The funeral will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday in Reeves Funeral Home Chapel in Hope Mills, NC. Burial will be in Fayetteville Memorial Cemetery of Hwy 301 / Gillespie Street.

Jerry is survived by two sons, Gerald "Jerry" Brooks Jr. and Michale Brooks, both of Fayetteville; his mother, Mary Woodard of Fort Edward, N.Y.; two brothers, Scott Brooks of South Glens Falls, N.Y., and Michael Morrell of Bloomingburg, N.Y.; two sister, Susan Lewis of Fort Edward and Rebecca Rivers of Hudson Falls, N.Y.; and his maternal grandmother, Beatrice Aubrey of Fort Edward. The family received friends Tuesday from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.at the funeral home.
