Thomas L. Drake, age 70, passed away on Monday, December 25th, 2006 at his residence. He was born on December 24, 1936 in Findlay to the late Andrew and Thelma (Johnston) Drake. He is preceded in death by his wife Connie (Freeman) Drake, brothers Charles and Theron Drake and sister Barb Lauck. Survived by his companion Donna Davis, sons Tom Davis of FL, Tom Drake Jr. of Bloomdale, daughters Sammi Drake of North Baltimore and Andrea (Steve) Walton of Bloomdale and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Tom was a member of the North Baltimore American Legion and the Fraternal Order Eagles in North Baltimore. Visitation will be held THURSDAY, December 28th, 2006 at the SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, 515 N. Main St, from 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00 PM. Funeral Service will be held 10:00 AM on FRIDAY, December 29th, 2006 at the funeral home. A private interment will follow at a later date. Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Tom to the American Legion Post 539, 539 E. South St, North Baltimore, Ohio 45872 or Fraternal Order of Eagles, 140 N. Main St., North Baltimore, Ohio 45872.
