Marjorie J. (Gardiner) Driscoll passed away Saturday, Sept. 4, 2010, in Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Drexell Hill, Pa. She was 80.

Originally from Medford Lakes and Hillsville, Va., she was recently living in Philadelphia.

She was a former member of the Shiloh United Methodist Church of Hillsville, and the Haddon Heights United Methodist Church

Marjorie was a graduate of Albright College.

She was the beloved wife of Richard M. Driscoll of Philadelphia; the loving mother of Debbie A. Parente and her husband, Richard, of Marlton, Barbara J. Jordan and her husband, Johnny of Houston, Texas, and Carol A. Hill and her husband, Jim, of Glassboro. She also is survived by her brother, Charles Gardiner of Pine Hurst, N.C.; her grandchildren, Kari Jordan Bolen, Todd Jordan, Jamie Hill, Gabrielle Parente and Ricky Parente; and her great-grandchildren, Michael, Abigail and Maeliegh.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday at Bradley & Stow Funeral Home, 127 Medford-Mount Holly Road, Medford, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday. Interment will be held privately and at the convenience of the family in the Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Wrightstown.

In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, the family requests memorial donations to the Little Sisters of the Poor, 5300 Chester Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19143.
