He signed his WWI card as "Allen Lell Bandy"
Services for Allen Bandy, 32 years old, who died suddenly Saturday night while sitting at the steering wheel of an automobile at Kidd Springs, will be held Monday afternoon at his residence, 1022 East Seventh Street, Oak Cliff. Burial will be in Oak Cliff Cemetery.
Physicians say they believe death was caused by apoplexy. Mr. Bandy went to Kidd Springs in company with a friend. He remained alone in an automobile for a short time and when his friend returned was found dead, relatives say.
He is survived by Mrs. Bandy, his father, Allen Bandy, two brothers, Clem and W. B. Bandy, and one sister, Mrs. J. W. Fleming.
Active pallbearers will be Ole Potter, Jack Roach, Harry Whittaker, Clarence McAdams, J. S. Shook, and Gus Mitchell.
Honorary pallbearers are Ward Stansell, Clyde Frederick, J. D. Potter, Dr. Sykes, W. T. Shook, W. J. Powell, J. A. Nelson, T. E. Milholland, Luther Vaughan, Olan Young, E. W. Potter, J. W. Stevens, J. D. Dobbin, and H. M. Taylor.
