William H. BECK

William H. Beck, 73, of Pikeville, Ky., formally of St. Charles, died at his home May, 28.

He was born in Millville, Minn. And resided in Glen Ellyn, Ill until his retirement from Packey Webb Ford, Inc. in 1972. He was a resident
Maintenance man at Surrey Hill Apts. Until September 1976.

Mr. Beck is survived by his wife Irene Maiwald of Pikeville; two sons, Eugene of Glen Ellyn, IL. And William (Bill) of North Island Naval Station, San Diego, Calif.; two daughters, Geraldine Dicks of Yorba Linda, Calif. And Phyllis Cummins of Pikeville, Ky.; two brothers, Emil and Herman of Lake City, Minn.; two sisters, Selma Levene of Glen Ellyn and Ella Roland of Lake City, Minn. And 13 grandchildren.

A funeral service was held May 31 in the J. W. Call and Son Funeral Home Chapel in Pikeville, Ky., with William Carrington of the Pikeville Church of Christ officiating. Burial followed in the Johnson Memorial Park at Pikeville.

William H. Beck, 73, of Pikeville, retired car salesman, died at 3 p.m., May 28, 1977, at his residence after a long illness.

Born in Millville, Minnesota, he was the son of Henry and Josephine Roth Beck. He was a member of the Pikeville Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Irene Maiwald Beck; two sons, Eugene Beck of Glen Ellyn, Illinois and Bill Beck of North Island, San Diego, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Phyllis Cummins of Pikeville and Mrs. Geraldine Dicks of Yorba Linda, Calif.; two brothers, Emil Beck and Herman Beck both of Lake City, Minnesota; two sisters, Mrs. Selma Levene of Glen Ellyn, Illinois and Mrs. Ella Roland of Lake City, Minnesota and 13 grandchildren.

A funeral service was held May 31 in the J. W. Call and Son Funeral Home Chapel in Pikeville, Ky., with William Carrington of the Pikeville Church of Christ officiating. Burial followed in the Johnson Memorial Park at Pikeville.
