KENTON, March 14 - Mr. and Mrs. C. Wayne Goslee, 517 W. Leighton-st, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at their home Wednesday. Mrs. Goslee formerly was Miss Minnie McGinnis, of West Newton, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert McGinnis, of Fayette-co.
Goslee, born near Alger, was for many years known thruout Hardin-co as a breeder of Poland China hogs.
The couple, both 75 years old, are the parents of five children, all of whom plan to be present at the anniversary celebration. They are Mrs. Asa F. Johnson, of near Alger; J. E. Goslee, Franklin-st; J. E. Goslee and R. C. Goslee, of near Kenton; and Mrs. Charles Willeke, N. Leighton-st, Kenton. Grandchildren are Miss Pauline Johnson, of Lima; Charles H. Clementz, of Constantine, Mich.; Leonard L. Goslee, little Jimmie Goslee and baby Janet Carole Willeke, all of Kenton.

KENTON, May 17 - Funeral services are to be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday from Pleasant Hill church for Mrs. Minnie B. Goslee, 87, of 510 N. Leighton-st. The Rev. Roger Turrell will officiate and burial will be in Pleasant Hill cemetery, Roundhead.
She was born Nov. 23, 1861, in Fayette-co and resided in Hardin-co most of her life.
She was married Mar. 18, 1886, to C. W. Goslee who died Oct. 17, 1937.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Asa Johnson of Alger; and Mrs. Charles Willeke of Kenton; three sons, James E., Ralph C., and Robert, all of Kenton; one brother, Wilbur McGinnis of Butte, Mont.
