George is the brother of William Allingham Jr. and Josephine Hause. He married Allie May Heacock on 25 May 1906 in Junction City, Geary, KS. They had 2 daughters: Patricia May & Vivian June. They separated or divorced by 1940.

     MINNEAPOLIS — George Arthur Allingham, 85, Minneapolis, died Sunday at Asbury hospital, Salina.
     Born Jan. 9, 1880 in Manhattan, he moved to Minneapolis 14 years ago after retirement. He had been a barber, farmer and restaurant operator.
     Survivors include two daughters: Mrs. Patricia Delladio, La Crescenda, Calif., and Mrs. Vivian Smith, La Mesa [San Diego Co.], Calif., a sister, Mrs. Flora Davies, Minneapolis; a brother, Clyde, Colorado Springs, Colo., Five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
     The funeral will be at 2 pm Tuesday at the Parks-Helix funeral home, Minneapolis, the Rev. Avery Mason officiating. Burial will be in the Highland cemetery. The casket will not be open at the funeral home or church.
