W. Bryan Angleton, 86, Retired Farmer Dies Today in Home
W. Bryan Angleton, 86, who resided at 508 South Webster Street, died at 6 a.m. today in his home.
On March 31, 1896, he was born in Sharpsburg, the son of James and Maggie Alexander Angleton and on January 16, 1919, he was married at Springfield to Edna Nuckolls. A retired farmer, he was a member of the Christian County Farm Bureau. He was affiliated with the First United Methodist Church and was a veteran of World War I.
He is survived by his wife; two sons, Bryan Angleton of Rome, N.Y. and Robert E. Angleton of Torrance, Calif.; a daughter, Lois M. Welge of Palmer; a brother, Keith Angleton of Riggins, Idaho; two sisters, Mrs. Blanche Miller of Delmar, N.Y. and Miss Gladys Angleton of this city; 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by five brothers and sisters.
The body was received by Sutton Memorial Home of this city where arrangements are incomplete. Burial will take place in Oak Hill Cemetery.
