Anna D. Dircksen, 81, died July 14, 1992 at a local nursing home. Born Oct. 8, 1910 at Leigh, NE to Daniel and Nellie Belle Schaeffer Thompson. She moved with her family to North Platte in 1919. She married Fred Dircksen on Ot. 23, 1926 at North Platte.

Mrs. Dircksen was a past member of the VFW Auxilliary and attended the Berean Fundamental Church and First Church of the Nazarene.

Preceding her in death were her husband, three infant children and three brothers, Roy, Charles, and Joseph. Services will be 1:30 Pm. Friday at the Adams and Swanson Chapel. Burial will be at Fort McPherson National Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the First Church of the Nazarene or donor's choice.

Adams and Swanson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
