Obituary:

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Walter Hedges Funeral Home in Brumley for Clyde Manoy Wyrick, 77, a lifetime resident of the Ulman community. Mr. Wyrick died Saturday. He was born Nov. 17, 1885, a son of George W. and Martha Ella Lee Wyrick.

On March 19, 1913, he was married to Minnie Gertrude Sullivan and to this union two children were born. A number of years ago he united with the Mt. View Church of Christ. He has been preceded in death by three sisters and one infant brother.

Surviving are his wife, Minnie Gertrude, of the home; one daughter, Inez Woody of Gary Ind.; one son Rex R. Wyrick of Warrensburg; five brothers, Norman of Tuscumbia, Glen and Owen of Eldon and Minzo and Ora of Wapato, Wash.; one sister, Chloe Phillips of Parker, Wasn.; five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

The Rev. Mark Sooter officiated at the services Monday. Interment was int he Mt. Zion Cemetery near Tuscumbia. Pallbearers were Herbert Martin, Ralph Martin, Frank Martin, Robert Wyrick, Jack Wyrick, and James Lee Thornsberry.
