STEVEN ALLEN RICKMAN
March 27, 1952 — Aug. 28, 2010

Steven Allen Rickman, 58, of Sweet Home, Ore., passed away Saturday.

He was born in Portland, Ore. to Daryl and Patricia (Monckton) Rickman. He lived in Estacada until relocating to Sweet Home in 2006.

Steven was the owner and operator for 25 years as a long-haul car hauler and also owned his own dump truck service.

He enjoyed building race cars, engines and anything that involved motors, especially semis.

Steven is survived by his son Tony and his wife Melissa Rickman of Eagle Creek, Ore.; grandsons; Timothy (Lewis) Seeley of Medford; Hunter and Logan Rickman of Eagle Creek; mother Patricia Rickman of Lebanon, Ore.; brother Neil Rickman of Portland; sisters Bonnie Rickman of Sweet Home, Carol Conroy of Milwaukie and Debbie Hodges of Corvallis.

He was preceded in death by his father, Daryl Rickman of Portland, and Uncle Allen Rickman of Sweet Home.

A memorial was held on Sept. 4, 2010 at the Rickman home. (A. O. Rickman farm).
Sweet Home Funeral Chapel is handling arrangements.
