Malcolm Kuhn Succumbs in Brookville
Clarion – Malcolm R. Kuhn, 78, of Fifth Avenue, owner and operator of Kuhn's bakery here for many years, died at 2:45 pm Wednesday in the Brookville Hospital. Mr. Kuhn was born in Brookville, Jefferson County, July 5, 1882, a son of William C. and Ida Stahlman Kuhn. He was married November 30, 1909. His wife, Bessie, died last February 22.
He attended the Presbyterian Church. He was a member of the IOOF Lodge in Clarion. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Donald E. Graff of Falls Creek, Va., Miss Mary Kuhn of Clarion and Mrs. Charles Wood of Levittown, NJ., one grandchild and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Saturday in the Goble Funeral Home, Clarion, with Rev. Roy C. Blair, Presbyterian pastor, officiating. Interment will be in the Clarion Cemetery.
