She attended school in Hood River and married Robert Arbuckle in Stevenson, Washington on 20 October 1952. During the years she worked at Diamond Fruit Company and as a real estate broker with Gorge Winds Properties.
She loved spending time with family members and was baptized at the Church of Christ.
Survivors include two daughters, three grandsons, one granddaughter and a brother.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert; brothers Calvin and Jack Long and her sister, Marilyn (Long) Smith.
A memorial service was held on July 7, at 11 a.m. at the Church of Christ.
